Anthony Robbins' Ultimate Success Formula
Have you wonder why some people achieve success in their life? Want factors contribute to their success and why 95% of other people fail to achieve success in their life?
There are many factors contribute to the success of this group of high achiever. Excellent communication skill, good habits, how to turn failure and setback into Million Dollar Opportunities and many more.
But regardless of their background, one of the most important attribute they share is that they apply ultimate success formula in their life. Fortunately for you and me, Ultimate Success Formula is not exclusive to successful people. We too can modeling and learn this formula from successful people.
We can achieve success in our life as well by using the same formula. The following are the steps of Anthony Robbins' ultimate success formula:
1) Set goal - they understand what they time frame to achieve the goal. The most things are that the goal must be very specific in detail. The example of specific goal is to earn 1 million dollar in 1 year time.
This is contrast to general goal such as I want to earn a lot of money. The specific goal helps the high achiever to bring the best out of themselves and enable them to achieve their target.
2) After goal setting by the high achiever, the high achiever will brainstorm and develop the best strategic to achieve the goal. After mapping of the strategic, they will start action base on their strategic. The most important is to start action because only actions can help them to move forward.
Without action, nothing will change and nothing will happen. By this state, you may ask this questions, by taken actions are they guarantee achieve success? More often than not, they will suffer failure. Success people rarely achieve success in first attempt.
But what differential successful people from the ordinary people are that they will apply the last step of the Anthony Robbins' ultimate successful formula.
3) Change strategic - after initial setback, successful people will evaluate the fail strategic and develop new strategic for the goal. They never accept the initial setback as failure and to them this is just a feedback to them what things do not work. They keep changing strategies and action until they achieve their goal.
Of course ultimate successful formula is just one of the attribute that contribute to the success of the highly successful people.
There are other attributes that empower highly successful people to achieve in their life which include effective communicate skills, take charge of emotion state, and eliminate limiting beliefs and many more.

How To Create A Positive First Impression In Order To Establish Rapport And Make Great Conversation
We, as human beings are at times concerned with how we present ourselves to others. We understand that making a positive first impression goes a long way in determining how others will view us, potentially for the remainder of the relationship. As such, whether you are on the dating scene or you are trying to establish rapport and ultimately develop great conversation with business clients, it is imperative that we take the most effective steps to ensure a favorable first impression.
When preparing to make a great first impression, one needs to establish exactly what the other person is looking for? One thing you must always remember, and no matter how much you may disagree with it, people always judge you initially by the following four criteria:
1. Your Physical Appearance
2. Your Bodily Demeanor
3. What You Sound Like
4. The Content of Your Speech
Did you notice what was first and last on the list? That's right, people judge others, at least initially, by what they look like, their physical appearance. Conversely, the last component of the judgment sequence is what someone actually says. As I mentioned, you don't necessarily have to agree with this, but studies have shown this to be the case.
So, since we now know that making a positive first impression in order to establish rapport and ultimately make great conversation largely hinges on factors that don't even include talking, we need to determine what we need to do to create the ideal first impression.
For your physical appearance, make it a habit to always stay abreast of the dress code for any parties, networking events or dinners in which you plan to participate. Being underdressed or overdressed can absolutely kill your confidence as well as create the illusion that you are apathetic or "out of touch" with today's wardrobe trends. Also, concentrate on wearing clothes that accentuate or complements your body build. And as always, stupendous personal hygiene is a must!
For your bodily demeanor, it has been stated over and over again, but there are no truer words: Always, smile. It doesn't need to be some goofy, toothy grin, but a warm, open and genuine smile is always one of the best conversation starters and will certainly create a positive first impression.
Your sound. The natural tendency when we are meeting someone new is to be at least somewhat nervous. Consequently, our speech patterns tend to speed up, rendering some of our words incomprehensible. We must always be cognizant of this and make it a priority to enunciate our words slowly and with power and confidence.
Finally, the content of your speech. This is what we have been working to get to. Don't worry about it, this only accounts for about 6% of the impression you leave on someone. Remember, excellent communicators and great conversationalists most often have to speak very little.
Implementing these steps can ensure that you are able to create that positive first impression you are seeking.

How to Keep Control of Your Life by Setting Boundaries
Often people are severely stressed, not because of their hectic work schedules or busy lives, rather they are stressed because of other people. How so? When someone has people who are dependent on them for whatever reason, he or she is essentially giving up a piece of themselves. The best illustration is a parent - child relationship. Children depend on their parent(s) and so the parents are no longer living for themselves, but for the children as well.
However, this dependency is not only limited to children. It can be coworkers, friends or extended family members. Separate this dependency from that of a positional leadership role. This dependency is more or less when people seek you out for help because you are readily available. You are easily accessible. This might take the form of constant phone calls or requests for favors. Someone might be going through some rough times and they need you to be there for them. While it is a good thing to be there for others, and to help whenever you can, you must also keep control of you.
There is a line that separates being there for others and giving up control of your life to others.
The objective is to keep control. You release control of your life to others, when your time is spent meeting their needs. You can only give out what you have inside. If you are being depleted internally by trying to meet the needs of others, then stress is inevitable. You are essentially a pressure cooker, and the pressure is going to need to be released. Often the release of the pressure is not in controlled small increments.
To keep control of your life requires you to set boundaries. A simple illustration of a boundary is setting a time of the day or night when you will not accept phone calls. For example, there will be no phone calls accepted during dinner time from (5pm to 7pm) or after 10pm or before 7am. Setting boundaries may seem harsh to the other person. However, you are basically empowering them to solve their own problems. As long as you play the role of savior to others, they will treat you as such. That is never a healthy relationship. Even children are taught to solve problems on their own, so that when they leave their parents' home, they are equipped to make it in the world.
The small word, NO, is a very powerful word. The problem is that many people have trouble using that word. However, to keep control of your life, the word NO, needs to be used. If you loose control of your life, then the little bit of help you are giving to others is not of the best quality. That is because you are depleted. So it is not only in your interest that you keep control, but it is in the interest of others as well.

Can The Power Of Positive Thinking Really Change Your Outlook On Life?
While everybody has probably heard of the term positive thinking, not everybody believes it is something that can be used successfully. Most of the people who are skeptic about positive thinking power have never tried using it, so they just don't understand just how successful it can be nor do they understand how powerful positive thinking is. Positive thinking alone can change your entire outlook on life and so much more, if it is used correctly.
One of the best things about positive thinking being powerful enough to change your outlook on life is how much other stuff will change with it. People who sit back and focus on the negative aspects of life are often negative people; they are not very fun to be around. If you think about it, you probably have a few acquaintances that are always being negative, saying stuff can't be done. These people tell themselves often enough that things can't be done, so they have convinced themselves that it is impossible to do.
Something else interesting to note about positive thinkers is that they are the ones that people always want to be around. If you think about this, it probably already makes sense to you. Nobody wants to be around the negative people, but everybody wants to be around positive people. One reason why positive people are so fun to be around is that they are always happy and in an upbeat mood. These moods actually rub off and other people and make them feel good, which is why so many people like to surround themselves with positive thinking people. So in order to use positive thinking power to change your outlook on life you not only have to start using it, but you also need to surround yourself with other positive thinkers.
In order to begin using positive thinking to change your outlook on life you will need to learn how to use it effectively. Many people assume that all there is to using positive thinking is telling yourself a few positive words each day. However, in order to use positive thinking to its full advantage there are quite a few different things that you need to do. Positive thinking is more than just telling yourself that things are going to be fine, it is also about your attitude.
One of the most important things to do when using positive thinking is to only use positive words. This not only applies to your thoughts, but also any words spoken aloud. You want to avoid all of the negative words, such as cannot, will not, not able to, etc. Instead, focus on the positive words that make it seem like anything is possible. For example instead of saying I am not sure I can do something say I can do this. If you find a negative thought coming in, which is possible even if you are working hard, you simply need to redirect your line of thinking, kind of like that old saying "Turn that frown upside down."
Before you go out to do something, no matter how small the task might be, you will want to take the time to visualize what it is you will be doing. When visualizing the plan you want to visualize one that has a successful outcome, don't think about any kind of failure. Concentrating on the outcome that you want and having faith that you can make that outcome happen is the best thing you can do to ensure you are successful.
Moreover, most importantly you want to surround yourself with other positive people, but also other positive things. For example, instead of watching movies that make you feel sad or angry watch movies that make you happy. Reading inspirational books is another huge step to changing your outlook on life, but you can also read other books that make you happy. Just make sure you are reading one page of an inspirational book each day to help flood your mind with those positive and happy thoughts.
Now that you know how to use positive thinking effectively, you need to make sure that you are doing it properly. You are not going to be able to successfully change your outlook on life simply by spending a few minutes each day telling yourself that things are going to be fine, you have to put some time and energy into this process in order to be successful. So what are you waiting for go out there and get started!

Happiness: Can You Say Yes? 11 Practical Steps To Make It Really Happen
Think about it ... every single thing we do is intended to make us happier. And yet sometimes we get diverted and do things that actually move us away from this goal.
Article Source:
We all have the potential for genuine happiness. There is no gene or DNA marker that determines who will be happy and who will not. We make choices throughout our lives, and the result of all these choices combined, determines our level of happiness. Make the right choices and happiness can be yours.
Here are just a sampling of some of the tactics we can employ in an 11-point road map to help guide us toward genuine happiness:
1. Look For The Positive In Everything: There is an old saying that nothing is inherently good or bad--what makes it one or the other, is merely our reaction to it. Find the positive and you will be happier. Those who soar against all odds, do so because they look at the positive that could come out of their situation, how ever bad it may seem to others.
2. Accentuate The Positive: We all grow up with a "positivity imbalance"--the result of society's norms and rules being based on restriction and punishment more than approval and reward. From a young age we are taught what we must not do instead of what we may do. Even in day-to-day life, there is more negative influence that positive. Luckily you can work to improve the balance. Celebrate the positive and work to get more of it. When you achieve something, congratulate yourself! Look for things you find uplifting, that make you happy. Get more of that! At the same time, reduce your exposure to negative input, whether it is the daily news, or people you don't feel good around. You know your buttons...make sure the positive ones are pushed more than the negative.
3. Practice Good Selfishness: When we were young we were taught that putting our interests before those of others is wrong. This is particularly true for women, many of whom sacrifice their dreams and ambitions to help others achieve theirs. It is also common in the corporate world where the good of the company is considered more important than the good of the individual. It is good to help others, yet we should have boundaries to protect ourselves from being manipulated or abused by others. You are important, and if you don't look after yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually, you cannot expect anyone else to do so.
4. Listen To Your Feelings: All feelings are good. Every feeling occurs for a reason: it is delivering a message. Sometimes that message is pleasant, other times not. Our tendency is to distract ourselves from unpleasant feelings, often through smoking, drinking or drugs of one kind or another. When you feel bad, avoid distracting yourself, and identify the reason--there is some need which is not being met.
5. Give Of Yourself: The more you give, the more you receive. There is probably no scientific study proving this to be so, but unconditional giving is hugely rewarding. It seems that the more of yourself you give, the greater the thrill and uplifting effect on your psyche. Help the needy. Give time if you can. Give anonymously!
6. Make It Happen: You have the ability to make things happen using your mind. Top sports stars, and business people use it; so can you. There are many ways of doing this; one of the common methods is to use visualization--getting a picture in your mind of whatever it is that you want to happen. It does not have to be a visual picture; it could be a feeling, a smell, a sound, or any combination of the senses. Imagine finding the perfect parking near the entrance as you arrive at the supermarket or mall ... the sky is the limit, but persevere! We are not used to utilizing this tool, so it takes practice.
7. Accept The Things You Cannot Change: We resist things we don't like, and often expend a tremendous amount of energy on this resistance. Whilst this can be good, and has resulted in tremendous advances through history, we should work to understand those things we cannot change, and then move on. Rather use the saved energy on something more worthwhile and productive. This is not to say that you should complacently accept anything. If you truly desire change, you should work towards that change; but spending time worrying about something without actively working to change it is unproductive and damaging to your well-being.
8. Take Responsibility For Your Choices: Everything that you do, or don't do, is because of choices you make (or don't make). It is easier and convenient to blame outside causes for things that go wrong in life, but your life is the sum of all the choices you make along the way--sadly, sometimes that choice it to let somebody else make a choice on your behalf. If you tend to blame other people or things, it may be scary to take responsibility for what happens in your life, but it is really quite liberating because instead of seeing yourself as an effect of outside forces, you realize you are the cause of everything good you achieve. Don't abdicate responsibility for your life.
9. Schedule Regular "Self Time": Spend some time analyzing where you are in life, your strengths and weaknesses. How can you turn the latter into the former? Think about your views on everything from your job to global warming and the existence of aliens--then work out why you feel the way you do. Is your reasoning sound? The better you understand yourself, the better you understand the world.
10. Make Time To Meditate: We spend almost all our time thinking of the past or planning for the future. We seldom spend time in the present. It has reached a point where, for most of us, it seems impossible to keep our focus on what is happening right now. Your meditation could be formal meditation or prayer, but it could be as simple as merely focusing on each breath as it goes in and out for five or ten minutes, dismissing past and future thoughts as they arise--and they will!
11. Remove Your Limitations: When we fail, usually the reason is simply because we don't believe we are able or worthy of whatever it is that we fail to achieve. Most often, this belief is actually false; the result of negative programming received since childhood. The truth is that most of us are able to do most of what we really want to do ... you just have to believe. The best way to start is with small things, working your way up as you notice the limits dissolving.
The more successful you are at assimilating the concepts and processes described in these eleven points into your life, the more genuinely happy you will be, and the happiness will last!

Life Is Wonderful
It is so simple and so easy to get what we want that we have a hard time to believe it. We are programmed to do things the hard and difficult way, in order to get what we want. We can not believe that we can get anything without hard labour, sweat and tears, obstacles
and misery.
and misery.
This is nothing else but a tough old programmation, a conditioning from our childhood. If you are like me, you were bombarded as a child with expressions from adults about how hard life is and how we have to struggle to get something. We were submitted to a hazardous universe or a God of revenge who could pick us out without any reason to take revenge on us for something we did wrong. We needed to avoid being bad or wrong, but disease could strike us anyway. Sometimes they even said : "It's again a good one who's punished, and the bad one take off easily like usual without paying anything!". We learned that life wasn't fair. We lived in fear and thought life was a valley of tears, fear, struggle, pain, disease
and death?
and death?
How would it have been if they've told us the truth? The truth, nothing but the truth? That life is easy, wonderful. That miracles happen all the time and that we have the power to make them happen in our own life! That the universe loves us. That there is wealth and health for everyone. That we don't live in a universe of scarcity but of abundance. That we only have to put the right thoughts in our heads to make these dreams real for us.
What would your life have looked like if your parents and teachers would have taught you the truth?
You would have suffered much less! You would not have believed you were less than nothing. You would not have been filled with fear over your ears of getting sick or failing, of being stupid or being not good enough.
If you would have known from the beginning that you were a creation of the Creator, that you will always remain, that you will always be around, that you were created for a reason, and when you find this reason you will be happy, what would your life look like now? If you were told that you had talents, unique qualities, that make you a special person, and that you are on earth with the mission to offer these talents to others, where would you be right now and what would you be doing now?
Isn't it nice? The Genius who created this whole thing did really well : we are sent to earth with a mission and to be able to assume our mission we are already fully equipped from the beginning : we are gifted with natural talents and all we have to do is develop our talents and offer them to the world! Simply said, we have to do what we can do easily already and what we are talented for, and than happiness, satisfaction, love, money and everything we want comes flowing our way!
It is so beautiful, this concept! All we have to do is to do what we love! And of course we need to stop once for all to think we don't deserve happiness or wealth or health. All these thoughts are wrong because they go against the principles of creation of the Universe.
We are already wonderful! We are already loved! We are already rich! We are already free! We are already intelligent! We are already healthy!
Why? Because we were all this before we started our life. It is the way we really are. It is the way we were created, we were born. This is the truth about ourselves. Everything else is "learned" afterwards.
Why? Because we were all this before we started our life. It is the way we really are. It is the way we were created, we were born. This is the truth about ourselves. Everything else is "learned" afterwards.
The good news is whatever is learned can be un-learned. Every programmation can be changed and replaced by a new program.
And again, life is wonderful, because a positive thought is 10,000 times more powerful than a negative thought. So you don't have to take another 40 years to undo the negative conditioning in your head. One positive thought can counterbalance 10,000 negative ones.
Can you imagine? Aren't we lucky?
If you choose to do so, you can rapidly turn around your negative program in your head. Go to the bookstore, buy some books with positive thoughts, put them at every toilet in the house, in the bathroom, in your bedroom, in your living room, and read them whenever you think of it or see them. It doesn't matter if you read one page after another or if you just open the book as it falls in your hands. The message you will receive will be the right one for you at that very moment.
Every morning you start your day by saying thank you to the Universe for your bed, your house, the roof over your head, the people living with your, the water coming out of your tap, the light switching on by a simple gesture of your hand, the food available, the choices you can make that day, the love you received in your life and the love you will receive, the miracles which will happen today and the air you can breath.
In your car, listen to CD's or cassettes with positive programmation. Listen to them while you make dinner, clean the house or iron your clothes.
Surround yourself with positive people and stop nourishing negative social talk. Don't watch television unless there is some really positive program.
There is a lot you can do to take a positive turn in your life. Don't think you can do nothing. You are responsible for your life now. Make your choice! Know that every thought you think is either one which will weaken you, or one which will make you feel stronger.
The choice is yours!

Five Benefits of a Personal Development Plan
How a person spends his time says a lot about the type of person he is. Regardless of who you are or what you do, you will have access to exactly 24 hours. Some people choose to spend it on physical activities that improve their bodies. Others choose to spend it answering crossword puzzles or reading novels. A number of people spend most of it developing their finances. With only a limited amount of time, it can become hard to maintain a balanced lifestyle that caters to all your individual needs. Even if all your time is devoted towards self improvement, it can become a hassle to keep track of which aspect of the self you should improve next. If you're having such trouble, now might be a good time to engineer a personal development plan that can properly cover all the bases. Here are five great benefits of planning your personal development.
1. A Stable Financial Situation
The key concept in a personal development plan is balance. It doesn't seek to develop each area of your life at the same time. There are going to be times when you might need to prioritize one aspect of your life over another. If you have an excellent social life, but a floundering financial situation, a personal plan might be a great way to help you realize this. Self improvement extends beyond improving your body through diet and exercise. It's also about making sure that you're financially stable. It's quite common to include a financial plan into a development plan. Your financial status, after all, is part of your personal identity.

2. Great Physical Health
People who have workout schedules make faster progress than those who don't. A knowledgeable gym member would work out different muscle groups each day to make sure that his muscles develop at the same pace. A personal development plan performs a similar function. But instead of just keeping track of which muscle group to work out, you can use a personal plan to set goals, schedule activities and track your progress. With such an organized system, your self improvement efforts will surely be enhanced.

3. Sufficient Rest
According to studies, people who get less than 6 hours of sleep each night don't perform as well academically or professionally. On average, how many hours of sleep do you get each night? Not having enough sleep, is not just a time management problem. For the most part, staying up late is a bad habit. This unhealthy sleeping pattern has developed over several evenings of staying up late and pushing the limits of your body. If you want to achieve self improvement, make sure that you get sufficient rest. This can't be done overnight, but you can use your personal development plan to slowly reprogram your biological clock towards healthy sleeping habits.

4. Peace of Mind
Every person has to deal with stress and anxiety. Unfortunately, not everyone is emotionally or mentally equipped to be able to resolve such issues with ease. Sometimes these negative emotions trouble a person so much that it affects his quality of life. Self improvement is also about resolving such issues. Having a personal development plan may not solve these issues entirely, but such a plan forces you to confront these issues and take the first steps towards healing.

5. Opportunities for Romance
Hollywood may have given you the impression that love comes to those who wait. But the reason why romantic movies are so popular is because it feeds a fantasy. Unfortunately, events depicted in movies are too good to be true. You need to devote some type of effort to find the love of your life. If this area of your life is lacking, there is nothing wrong about wanting to develop it. There are self improvement methods devoted to this area of your life. Learn how to be a better conversationalist. Overcome your fear of rejection. Get some fashion tips. Simplify and summarize all these goals with a personal development plan.

These benefits may not be as obvious to you when you start your self improvement process. However, as time passes you'll slowly realize how much your personal development plan has increased your quality of life. In any case, the process itself is beneficial because it encourages you to step back and take a good look at your own life. It reminds you of what you could miss out on when you're too focused on only a single aspect of your life. The more you know about your current situation, the more likely you are to improve upon it.

Abundance - What Is It? How Do You Get It?
Abundance isn't just measured in terms of money or material possessions. If you're truly living a life of abundance, you're completely enriched - both inside and out. When you're living a life of abundance, you're healthy and vibrant, you're living with a sense of purpose, and you find legitimate joy in your own sense of strength and character. But what if you're not living a life of abundance?
That's OK. While it may appear only a few lucky people get to live abundantly, the truth is abundance is for everyone. With a little bit of work, you can achieve it!
Did you know you're completely surrounded by abundance?
The beautiful sunset, the pristine lake, and the gorgeous oak tree you see every day are all examples of abundance. However, it's up to you to notice it and incorporate it into your life.
In fact, the amount of abundance you do - or do not - experience is up to you. We all set limits for ourselves, so it's up to you to make sure your limits are appropriate. If you limit your emotions, behaviors, and thoughts, you're going to wind up limiting the amount of abundance you experience, too.
Sadly, though, most people don't realize they've limited themselves too much until it's too late. By then, they're stuck in a rut And, as you've probably heard, "old habits die hard" - meaning it's tough to change.
It's also important to understand the role society plays in your lack of abundance.
Sure, you can choose to stop limiting yourself - but is society actually limiting you, too? Let's face it, even the most advanced societies have more than their fair share of "have nots". Many governments even profit off of citizens' poor health, bad debts, and daily struggles.
So, how do you combat problems like these?
Just because these problems exist doesn't mean you have to accept them. If you want to live a better life, go out and do it! If you live in a capitalist society, you can go out and work for wealth and prosperity. However, if you simply sit around focusing on the negative, you're never going to do any better than you're doing right now.
And, as you might suspect, creating a life of abundance isn't a passive activity. It's not like you can pull up to the window, place your order, and wait for your "abundance value meal" to be handed to you. Instead, you have to actively go out and seek it. If you can provide something of value, people will be more than happy to pay for your contribution. As long as you understand what constitutes true abundance - and understand the work it takes to get it - no goal will be beyond your reach.
Remember, wealth, success, and love are all types of abundance. If you're going to be a part of the abundance flow, you're going to have to be an active participant. If you create these types of abundance for yourself and others, you can expect to have more of them come back to you.
If you don't do anything to create these types of abundance, you'll never know what it's like to live a life of abundance. Instead, you'll wind up with a very random and chaotic existence.
So, what are you waiting for?
Go out and make positive changes! Your abundant life is waiting!
